We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team. The ideal candidates will work closely with individuals who have an acquired brain injury and psychosocial disabilities, assisting them with daily activities, community engagement, and personal development.
Program located in Gracemere.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalised support to individuals with ABI and psychosocial disabilities.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Support clients in community participation and social activities.
- Monitor and document clients' progress and report any changes or concerns.
- Foster a positive, respectful, and empowering environment for clients.

Requirements prior to commencement:
- Blue Card for Working with Children (currently hold or be eligible to apply for)
- NDIS Worker Screening (currently hold or be eligible to apply for)
- Driver’s licence and own vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- NDIS E-Learning modules -
- Smartphone with internet access
- CPR Certificate (willing to obtain)
