The Contract Rosterer is responsible for inputting all client roster information and coordinating daily tasks and timesheets in preparation of staff payroll and client claiming.

The Contract Rosterer is responsible for inputting all client roster information and coordinating daily tasks and timesheets in preparation of staff payroll and client claiming.
Key responsibilities of this role:
- Effectively use the Rostering and Client Management systems to create client contracts, import rosters and verify, match and query information and data interactions
- Create shift variations, contingencies and irregular hours along with the completion of daily tasks & timesheet processing
- Exercise general quality control on data integrity from a Contracts perspective
- General administrative duties and tasks as required
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the Community Services industry
- Understanding of relevant legislations (SCHADS Award) and Price Arrangements/Limits under the NDIS
- Strong customer service & communication skills (both written & verbal)
- Intermediate computer skills incl. the ability to use Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel and Word) and web based applications
- Demonstrate the ability to problem solve, multitask and have sound decision-making skills
- Ability to work as an effective member of a team, as well as the ability to exercise independence and judgement when required
