School Out Art Mash Up - Pottery for 6 - 10-year old's

Where: Rockhampton Art Gallery, Beatrice Hulton Room (entry via the front of the Gallery, firectly off Victoria Parade)

Our two-hour School's Out Art Mash-Ups will give them the perfect break from homework and allow them to have fun by experimenting with pottery and letting their imaginations run wild. There is something to suit every inquisitive and creative mind

Live Scrabble

Wordsmiths are invited to share their love of language in weekly Scrabble games every Friday 10:00am to 11:00am at North Rockhampton Library 

3D Printing Workshops - Young Adult @ Rockhampton Regional Library

Date: Wednesday, 26th September

Where: Rockhampton Regional Library, 230 Bolsover Street

Time: 10am -12pm

Entry: Free - but bookings are essential

A range of 3D computer-aided design workshops will be offered at the Rockhampton Regional Library in 2018. The free, hands-on sessions held in the Library Technology Centre are a fun way to learn about new technology.

Adults can discover how to create their own 3D objects on the library's 3D printer. A basic level of computer competency is required for the sessions as well as a valid email account.


Bookings are essential by calling 07 4936 8043. Cost is FREE.

River Cruises CQ | 1hr Sunset Cruise 

Date: 28 September, 29 September, 05 October, 06 October, 12 October 2018.

Where: Fitzroy River

Time: Leaving 5pm and 6pm at Riverside Jetty.

Entry: $35 adults/ $25 children (up to 12 years)

River Cruises CQ is a new river cruise boat on the Fitzroy River in Rockhampton providing sunset cruises, parties and groups bookings.


Cruise the Fitzroy River in style on Fitzroy 1 a 30ft custom built pontoon boat, nibbles and drinks are provided while you enjoy the beautiful Rockhampton CBD with a guided skipper providing a commentary of the area as the sun sets. Leaving 5pm and 6pm at Riverside Jetty. The Yeppoon Community Market is held each Saturday morning at the Yeppoon Showgrounds from 6am-10am. All profits from stall fees go back into the Community.
