These HPS units are ideal for NDIS participants with High Physical Support (HPS) needs and include a second bedroom that can be used flexibly for support, family, equipment, or as a study. Each unit is equipped with high-quality appliances that promote participant independence while maintaining a balance between lifestyle and support. The units are split across two levels: 8 ground-floor units with large private outdoor patios and 7 first-floor units with spacious, secured balconies and lift access.

The Support Model

SCSS is the 24/7 on-site support provider to this SDA apartment. We will also be able to assist with ad-hoc and emergency support for extra peace of mind.
