CRUX, and our partner companies are experiencing unprecedented business growth. As a result, the CRUX Talent Acquisition team are on the hunt for superstars in a variety of roles across the sunny state of Queensland.

What you will be doing:
  • Track and monitor expiring licences certifications, qualifications and mandatory training to ensure staff remain compliant at all times
  • Track and maintain the register of correspondence with all follow up/reminder activity
  • Liaise with relevant managers and internal departments regarding frontline compliance requirements
  • Maintain relevant internal coding systems in Rostering programs that indicate staff availability for shifts
  • Enter all relevant evidence, documentation, communications and conversations into the Compliance Management System and ensure that data is accurate and up-to-date
  • Ensure all systems and forms (including internal use spreadsheets) are maintained with accurate and up-to-date data
  • Assist where required to check information required for Child Safety licensing, ensuring that information provided meets the legislative requirements of the department.
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to emails for the business unit
What you will bring:
  • Exceptional attention to detail is a requirement for this role
  • Experience and/or training in a similar or administrative role
  • Intermediate computer skills, including the ability to use Microsoft Office, email and other web-based applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills that demonstrate professional assertiveness in ensuring deadlines are met and outcomes achieved
  • Exceptional multi-tasking, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent time management, organisational and administrative skills
  • Ability to work both independently but also within a collaborative team environment
  • Blue Card for Working with Children
  • Drivers Licence
