About the role:
CRUX currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Customer Service Officer to join our busy Administration team! This role will be based at Head Office in Bundaberg.

Your responsibilities:
  • Mentor and coach administration team
  • Effectively communicate with all customers (internal and external)
  • Deliver quality customer service telephone, email and face to face to both internal and external customers
  • Ensure calls are logged and that customers understand the service process
  • Provide first call resolution to customer requirements
  • Provide general administration including, reports, purchase orders, account reconciliation, leave planning, and on-call rosters (where applicable)
  • Review the call logging register to ensure customer enquiries are actioned and closed off within acceptable timeframes
  • Serve as the point person for coordination of office duties including, mailing, supplies, errands, and shopping
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Organize and order stationery and office amenities
  • Proactively engage with your line manager regarding customer service trends and assist with strategies to ensure best practice customer service
Key skills and about you:
  • Demonstrated administration or customer service experience
  • Demonstrated experience supervising a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer service focus
  • Able to prioritise workload and multitask as required
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word
Qualifications & Licences:
  • Drivers Licence
  • Qualification in Business Administration, Business or Customer Service highly regarded
