Multiple Casual positions available, to support our clients achieve their goals in Mackay!

SCSS is a highly sought-after organisation, committed to client goals and providing personal growth opportunities for our team members. We are an NDIS and Child Protection provider servicing Queensland with our head office based in Bundaberg. Our core business is to provide a range of Disability and Child Protection services to meet the needs of those that are most vulnerable in our community.

WHAT IS SCSS LOOKING FOR?
  • A person that is committed and passionate about making a real difference in people's lives and strives to help others
  • Know how to provide a supportive and fun environment for our clients
  • Experience working with complex supports and challenging behaviours, both independently and with others
  • Knowledge of the NDIS, including support plans and how to make client goals come to life
Our programs operate 24/7 which includes shift work - Candidates must have the ability to participate in various shifts including sleepovers, weekends, and awake shifts.

A requirement prior to commencement, is eligibility to apply for or currently hold the below: (these are to be maintained at your own expense).
  • Blue Card for Working with Children and Young People
  • Yellow Card or NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • First Aid certificate with CPR
  • Driver’s licence and own vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • NDIS Worker Orientation module
