Our partner Bluesummer Properties (BSP) is known for being customised, innovative and inclusive as a provider, catering to the individual needs of our clients with homes and fleet services within the Community Services Sector (NDIS and Child Protection).

This exciting opportunity is available within BSP, based in Beenleigh and will service the SEQ Region.

About the role:
The role of a Property Officer involves all responsibilities for the maintenance & coordination of tasks to meet the administrative responsibilities for a portfolio of properties to guarantee the standard of our homes and vehicles.

Your responsibilities:
  • Property and asset procurement
  • Tenancy management including conducting routine inspections, managing residential leases, entry condition reports, exit/vacate reports and resolving tenancy disputes
  • Coordinating property repairs and maintenance including house set up’s and modifications
  • Rent receipting, bond lodgements, processing invoices and accounts
  • Fleet services including management of key registers, fuel cards, servicing, infringements, logbooks, condition reports and pool bookings
  • Managing stakeholder relationships with landlords, tenants, maintenance contractors and local real estates
  • General administrative duties as required
Key skills and about you:
  • Previous experience in property management (preferred but not essential)
  • Demonstrated ability to establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships both internally and externally
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your time effectively
  • Compassion for our residents and respect for their environment
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and deadlines
Qualifications & Licences:
  • Current real estate certificate of registration or real estate licence (or studying for)
  • Drivers Licence
