About the role:
CRUX currently have an exciting opportunity for a People & Culture Administration Officer to join the team at Head Office in Bundaberg!

Your responsibilities:
  • Be the ‘friendly face’ of People & Culture to those who present to the department by telephone or in person for assistance or who make contact by email
  • Provide confidential, professional, courteous, accurate and timely service provision - this may include but not be limited to answer and redirect of incoming calls/enquiries and take messages, initial response to in-person requests and enquires
  • Use Microsoft Office Suite and corporate systems to efficiently and accurately assist in creation, maintenance, storage, printing and distribution of all P&C documentation needs
  • Accurate administration of personnel records through use of HR management systems
  • Administer incoming and outgoing HR correspondence
  • Assist with accurate and detailed recording and maintaining of HR information systems and documents
  • Assist with minute taking
  • Assist with document management/document control/filing
  • Other general administration duties as required
Key skills and about you:
  • Demonstrated previous experience in administration
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to use Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel and Word) and web based applications
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Demonstrated organisation skills, including the ability to set priorities, manage time and plan work to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work as an effective member of a team, as well as the ability to exercise independence and judgement when required
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
