What you will be doing:
  • Design, develop and prepare training material to execute learning strategies and programs across NDIS, Child Youth and Family, and other business portfolios
  • Assign online and facilitated training offers to promote and facilitate as required
  • Deliver training in a variety of formats including face to face and remotely via digital platforms such as Teams and Zoom
  • Coordinate training offers to promote skills and knowledge development to ensure professional boundaries, workforce safety and employee confidence in role
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to support skill & knowledge gaps within the organisation
  • Assign, monitor and review all online assessments and progression of online training on the learning management system
  • Maintain training records to ensure accuracy and legitimacy of information and reports
A core requirement of this role will also see you travelling across QLD to deliver learning programs.

What you will bring:
  • Experience in the Disability and Child Youth Family Sector (2-3 years desirable)
  • Willingness to travel to deliver training
  • Able to confidently facilitate learning material (accredited and non-accredited)
  • Effective communication skills to build strong stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to navigate a variety of IT programs and platforms
  • Ability to design and develop digital resources for training purposes
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)
  • Blue Card for Working with Children & NDIS Worker Screening
  • Drivers Licence
