IT Manager

What you will be doing:

• Manage and support the IT department team in dealing directly with end-users and business stakeholders regarding system technologies and services
• Manage the development, implementation, monitoring and review of all IT related activities within the organization.
• Liaise with external consultants/providers and software developers as required.
• Manage the resolution of all SCSS IT support and maintenance issues.
• Compliance management including statutory compliance as relevant to SCSS IT structure.
• Work with Executive Managers and other staff to ensure systems and information collection can contribute to management reporting and reporting against performance indicators in the Strategic Plan.
• Contribute to the IT planning of the organisation in conjunction with the Executive Managers.
• Assist Executive Managers with the risk management framework and provide support in risk management as relevant to IT issues.

What you will bring:

• Recognized qualification in Information Technology
• Exceptional technical experience in Networking.
• Demonstrated experience in a similar leadership role, leading and mentoring a support team.
• Excellent vendor management skills
• Demonstrated experience with internal departments and external service delivery partners.
• Experience in overseeing application security and mitigations, including disaster recovery.
• Extensive technical experience across a wide-reaching range of cloud technologies including Azure AD (AAD), Cloud (Azure), Windows, SharePoint, and OneDrive Storage.
• Experience in ITIL Service Design and Service Level Management practices
