What you will be doing:
  • Recordkeeping and receipting of transactions
  • Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions
  • Preparing financial reports as requested
  • Processing invoices
  • Developing an in-depth knowledge of organisational process
  • Digital document filing
  • Data entry
  • Tending to necessary emails
  • Resolve financial disputes raised relating to entities operated
  • Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters
  • Supporting the Finance Manager and executives with projects and tasks when required
What you will bring:
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality is a high priority
  • Experience and/or training in a similar role
  • Intermediate MYOB and bookkeeping skills
  • Intermediate computer skills, including the ability to use Microsoft Office, email and other web-based applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills that demonstrate professional assertiveness in ensuring deadlines are met and outcomes achieved
  • Exceptional multi-tasking, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent time management, organisational and administrative skills
  • Ability to work both independently but also within a collaborative team environment
  • Blue Card for Working with Children
  • Drivers Licence
