About the role:
CRUX have an exciting new opportunity for an Administration Coordinator to join our Corporate Governance team at Head Office in Bundaberg!

Your responsibilities:
  • Design and implement office procedures
  • Assisting with data collection for monthly reports
  • Preparation of financial and tax schedules (E.g. Land tax)
  • Providing administrative support to the Corporate Governance Manager and Executive Leadership Team
  • Coordination of internal correspondence
  • Preparation of office meeting documents including compiling agendas and taking minutes
  • Supervision of team members as required
  • Record keeping and receipting of financial transactions
  • Processing invoices
  • Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions
  • Preparing financial reports as requested
  • Data entry
  • Being a key point of contact for other departments
  • Supporting the Corporate Governance Manager and executives with projects and tasks when required
  • Establishing and maintaining current work processes
  • Answering enquiries
  • Use various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, presentation software, and property management software
Key skills and about you:
  • Demonstrated administration and bookkeeping experience
  • A combination of relevant experience, education and training in a similar role for a minimum of 2 years
  • Demonstrated ability and experience using MYOB
Qualifications & Licences:
  • Drivers Licence
