What you will be doing in Finance (1 position):
  • Accounts Receivable – Invoicing using industry specific and financial processing software
  • Responsible for debtors collection management and reporting
  • Accounts Payable – Invoice data entry
  • Processing of bank accounts and credit card transfers, payments, coding and reconciliations
  • Processing and monitoring customer budget funding purchase requests
  • Cost centre allocation reviews and intercompany recharge invoicing
  • Administrative support for all bank account and credit card requirements
  • Fixed asset capitalisation and depreciation processing
  • Assisting the team with any other ad hoc finance duties and reporting as required
What you will be doing in Payroll (1 position):
  • Processing payroll for both corporate and support staff, in compliance with industry awards
  • Processing pay advances and Workcover/Parental Leave pay runs as required
  • Preparing documents for PAYGW and super payments
  • Reconciling wages, super, PAYG and other payroll related accounts within financial software
  • Assisting and actioning staff queries (incl. leave)
  • Confirmation of employment and employment checks
  • Processing and calculating termination payments
  • Assisting with end-of-month financial reporting
  • Assisting the team with any other ad hoc finance duties as required
What you will bring:
  • General bookkeeping skills and experience (Finance Only)
  • Extensive high volume payroll processing experience (Payroll Only)
  • Knowledge of Awards particularly Social Community Home Care and Disability Award & Clerks Private Sector Award (Payroll Only - preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience using MYOB (essential) and Employment Hero/Key Pay (preferred)
  • Intermediate computer skills, including the ability to use Microsoft Office, email and web-based applications
  • Ability to work both independently but also within a collaborative team environment
  • Exceptional time-management and organisational skills
  • Highly proactive, accurate and detail orientated, with strong analytical and decision-making skills
