CRUX are looking for a Finance Officer & Payroll Officer with MYOB experience to join our team in Australia's top ranked QLD Town of 2023, Bundaberg!

What you will be doing in Finance (1 position):
- community services - childcare, child protection, disability support
- property and fleet services
- NDIS support coordination and plan management services
What you will be doing in Finance (1 position):
- Accounts Receivable – Invoicing using industry specific and financial processing software
- Responsible for debtors collection management and reporting
- Accounts Payable – Invoice data entry
- Processing of bank accounts and credit card transfers, payments, coding and reconciliations
- Processing and monitoring customer budget funding purchase requests
- Cost centre allocation reviews and intercompany recharge invoicing
- Administrative support for all bank account and credit card requirements
- Fixed asset capitalisation and depreciation processing
- Assisting the team with any other ad hoc finance duties and reporting as required
- Processing payroll for both corporate and support staff, in compliance with industry awards
- Processing pay advances and Workcover/Parental Leave pay runs as required
- Preparing documents for PAYGW and super payments
- Reconciling wages, super, PAYG and other payroll related accounts within financial software
- Assisting and actioning staff queries (incl. leave)
- Confirmation of employment and employment checks
- Processing and calculating termination payments
- Assisting with end-of-month financial reporting
- Assisting the team with any other ad hoc finance duties as required
- General bookkeeping skills and experience (Finance Only)
- Extensive high volume payroll processing experience (Payroll Only)
- Knowledge of Awards particularly Social Community Home Care and Disability Award & Clerks Private Sector Award (Payroll Only - preferred)
- Demonstrated experience using MYOB (essential) and Employment Hero/Key Pay (preferred)
- Intermediate computer skills, including the ability to use Microsoft Office, email and web-based applications
- Ability to work both independently but also within a collaborative team environment
- Exceptional time-management and organisational skills
- Highly proactive, accurate and detail orientated, with strong analytical and decision-making skills
