We have two new exciting opportunities to support a large organisation in the NDIS and Child Safety sector as part of the Finance Team!
CRUX Management Services (CRUX) provide people, compliance, and corporate services to a select number of companies in the disability and child safety sector across QLD.

The Finance Officer provides essential support to the finance team ensuring data accuracy and timely support to the wider organisation.

About this opportunity:
The Finance Officer provides essential support to the finance team ensuring data accuracy and timely support to the wider organisation.
Key responsibilities of this role:
- Accounts Receivable – Invoicing using industry specific software
- Responsible for debtors collection management and reporting
- Accounts Payable – Invoice data entry
- Processing of bank accounts and credit card transfers, payments, coding and reconciliations using a corporate credit card software platform
- Processing and monitoring customer budget funding requests
- Cost centre allocation reviews and intercompany recharge invoicing
- Administrative support for all bank account and credit card reconciliation requirements
- Efficient and effective processing of repair & insurance claims in line with policies and procedures
- Data analysis and KPI Reporting as required
- Assisting the team with any other ad hoc finance duties as required
- General bookkeeping skills and experience (highly regarded)
- Demonstrated experience using MYOB or similar finance software (highly regarded)
- Intermediate computer skills, including the ability to use Microsoft Office, email and web-based applications
- Ability to work both independently but also within a collaborative team environment
- Exceptional time-management and organisational skills
- Highly proactive, accurate and detail orientated, with strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Hold or be eligible to apply for Working with Children Blue Card
