We have two new exciting opportunities to support a large organisation in the NDIS and Child Safety sector as part of the Finance Team!

CRUX Management Services (CRUX) provide people, compliance, and corporate services to a select number of companies in the disability and child safety sector across QLD.

About this opportunity:
The Finance Officer provides essential support to the finance team ensuring data accuracy and timely support to the wider organisation.

Key responsibilities of this role:
  • Accounts Receivable – Invoicing using industry specific software
  • Responsible for debtors collection management and reporting
  • Accounts Payable – Invoice data entry
  • Processing of bank accounts and credit card transfers, payments, coding and reconciliations using a corporate credit card software platform
  • Processing and monitoring customer budget funding requests
  • Cost centre allocation reviews and intercompany recharge invoicing
  • Administrative support for all bank account and credit card reconciliation requirements
  • Efficient and effective processing of repair & insurance claims in line with policies and procedures
  • Data analysis and KPI Reporting as required
  • Assisting the team with any other ad hoc finance duties as required
To succeed in this role you will have:
  • General bookkeeping skills and experience (highly regarded)
  • Demonstrated experience using MYOB or similar finance software (highly regarded)
  • Intermediate computer skills, including the ability to use Microsoft Office, email and web-based applications
  • Ability to work both independently but also within a collaborative team environment
  • Exceptional time-management and organisational skills
  • Highly proactive, accurate and detail orientated, with strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Hold or be eligible to apply for Working with Children Blue Card
