About the role:
All Plan Management are looking for an Entry Level Finance Office to assist the team in the processing of invoices and payments for clients against their NDIS plans. This position is based at Head Office in Bundaberg.

Your responsibilities:
  • Processing invoices and payments
  • Monitoring and managing all incoming and outgoing emails in a timely manner
  • Data entry into the plan management system
  • Ensure accurate tracking of data
  • Answer calls, external and internal
  • Assistance with general administrative tasks
Key skills and about you:
  • Demonstrated experience with data entry and/or administration
  • Strong time management skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • An ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications & Licences:
  • Drivers Licence
