Service Delivery Manager wanted for our Service Delivery Team!


This exciting opportunity is available with Southern Cross Support Services (SCSS), based in Emerald.

SCSS is a NDIS and Child Safety provider servicing Queensland with our head office based in Bundaberg. Our core business is to provide a range of disability and Child Protection services to meet the needs of those that are most vulnerable in our community.

The role of Service Delivery Manager plays a significant part in the way that SCSS reaches its goals and client requirements. The role is a full-time position that will be part of our Senior Management Team.

WHAT IS SCSS LOOKING FOR?

Ideally someone that has demonstrated experience working in a senior leadership position with exposure to operational management, budgets and maintaining a strong leadership presence across the Service Team. You will have strong business development and stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to manage a team. Experience in the Community Sector and extensive knowledge of Child Protection is essential. Previous experience or knowledge of the NDIS would be advantageous.

  • Understanding and ability to adapt to changing operational requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in building team culture and establishing customer focused outcomes
  • Minimum qualification of a Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention, or a relevant field is essential
