About this opportunity:

The purpose of the Case Manager position is to provide exemplary leadership, ensure the provision of high-quality services, and deliver exceptional client care.

This position will be based at our Minyama office on the beautiful Sunshine Coast with regular travel required to Gympie & Caboolture.

Key responsibilities of this role:
  • Drive the development of local programs and manage the day-to-day operations of the service
  • Provide leadership, planning, implementation, and maintenance of successful service provision
  • Have responsibility for service delivery, accountability for program outcomes and responsibility for the management and outputs of team members within the line management chain
  • Work within relevant funding guidelines and agreements, legislative requirements and organisational policies and procedures to produce best practice results for the clients we assist
  • Efficiently managing financial, human, and operational resources
  • Take a proactive approach to recruitment, rostering and staffing sustainability including weekly recruitment sessions and new team member engagement
  • Maintain program compliance with all external and internal requirements
  • Provide On Call afterhours support state-wide on a rotating roster (typically one week every six months)
To succeed in this role you will have:
  • Previous experience in a role of a similar nature, including responsibility for the management and operational oversight of a Disability Service supporting clients with complex and differing needs
  • Qualification/s in Disability or Community Services will be highly regarded
  • Strong management experience and a natural aptitude for leadership
  • Extensive experience in the human services sector with an in-depth knowledge of NDIS, industry standards, quality frameworks and legislative requirements
  • Understanding of rostering requirements and best practice to ensure appropriate staffing and resourcing to meet service needs
  • An alignment with our values and mission
  • Blue Card for Working with Children and NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Current unrestricted QLD Drivers Licence
