About this opportunity:
The Business Administration Trainee provides exceptional customer service and administration support that contributes to the operations and objectives of the relevant business unit.

Key responsibilities of this role:
  • Be the point of contact to manage phone and email enquiries
  • Photocopying, scanning, and filing of documents
  • Preparing, processing and supporting the development of documents
  • Completing data entry to accurately track records
  • Providing support to business unit in activities such as records management and workplace housekeeping
  • Participating in team meetings and development as required
  • Assisting with the organising of catering and other consumables
To succeed in this role you will have:
  • Eligibility to complete a Cert III in Business Administration Traineeship
  • Experience in customer service or administration (highly desirable)
  • Basic computer literacy skills and application knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Commitment to professional development
  • Ability to analyse situations and take corrective actions
  • Energetic, willing, and ‘can-do’ attitude
