As the Skills and Recreation Coach you will work as an integral member of the Client Services Team, reporting directly to the General Manager, Client Services. You will be responsible to develop, deliver and oversee programs and activities ensuring support requirements and the needs of Participants are met in line with NDIS guidelines and disability practice standards.

This position is based in Bundaberg and will oversee the Head Office Crib, implementing regional engagement towards coordinated and goals-driven programs to support individual achievement and organisational outcomes for the extension of regional crib engagement.

You will be responsible to tailor and execute the delivery of programs in group settings to support the goals of Participants’ individualised NDIS Plans. The Skills & Recreation Coach will lead, guide and mentor broadly to ensure that programs are relevant and delivered to a high standard of quality customer service. You will be responsible for building services, developing programs and increasing the capacity of Participants.
